Returns & Exchanges
At Yabby, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
Return and Exchange Requirements:

Items must be unopened, undamaged, and unused.

Promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Shipping Costs:
For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, shipping costs are not covered. You are responsible for the item until it is delivered and inspected.
If you have any questions or need assistance with a return or exchange, please don’t hesitate to reach out. For issues with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery, including a photo, your order number, or proof of purchase. Please note that Yabby reserves the right to decline a refund or exchange if the return does not meet our criteria.
Standard Refund:

To start a return, please email gday@yabbyoutdoors.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method, less any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial institution to complete the refund.
E-Store Credit:

To request a return for your e-store credit, enter your order number and email address below within 14 days of receiving your order.

After we review the returned item, we’ll issue the e-store credit to your Yabby account.
Exchange:

To request an exchange, follow the same steps as for a return, and specify the item you wish to receive in exchange.

Once we process your return and inspect the item, we will send out the new item as per your request.
